For the Rocky Jazz String Orchestra, I contribute both musically and administratively — performing regularly, participating in artistic direction, and arranging repertoire tailored for the group. I have been involved since the orchestra's test run and continue to support its development through performance, leadership, and creative input.

Interested in diving in head-first back into live performances, I formed the Instrumentality jazz combo, where we blur the lines between player and instrument — switching roles, sharing minds, and becoming one sound. A multitude of genres are in store, from funk, R&B, samba, and to the blues. We promise we're not merging all souls. (Yet.)

Rionel is a retro-inspired cover band, originally formed in 2022 for our high school talent show — where we quickly gained a following. Known for our energetic takes on hits from the '70s to '90s, we’ve since performed at multiple events, including shows on the UAlberta campus, and are actively booking more gigs.

Since September 2024, I’ve been teaching at the Royal Music Academy in the Glastonbury area, where I work with students of all ages in both piano (up to RCM Level 4) and contemporary guitar. My teaching focuses on building a solid musical foundation while keeping lessons engaging, personalized, and fun.
